to our 2012 CSA
Along with friends and family our "cooperative" CSA will include local produce, herbs, flowers, eggs and meat. Regional fruits, grains, and artisan fare such as cheese, bread, honey, preserves and goat milk soap, can also be part of your share. Our CSA ingredients are Certified Organic when possible, always natural, grown/raised/ made by us or friends or family who contribute to our local food shed.
We consider our local food shed to be; as close to home as possible, then progressing outward into the Rainshadow of the Sierras and the Cascades. This is the geographical area that has sustained our families for five generations and continues to inspire us. We appreciate your membership in our CSA. We know your going to love it!
